Getting Started

To get started with Tableau, work with your business program/project manager if they already have a tenancy, or work with the Cloud Advisory Team to start a new tenancy. Tableau is licensed product, that requires provisioning named licenses for anyone creating and publishing report content. It is also a shared resource among multiple tenants, so planning of funding and compute resources is needed before starting.

FCS Account Request Procedure

To request an FCS Account, follow the steps outlined below through Jira Service Management (JSM):

1. Navigate to Jira Service Management.
2. Select "FCS Access Request" from the available options.

Request Access to Multi-Tenant EMR Prod Account

You will need to request access to two different types of accounts:

Dev Account

• Account Name: fcs-mcaas-memr
• Account Number: 861087721381
• Environment Type: nonprod ("development") environment, shared by multiple tenants. This environment is used for tenants to segregate their development/experimentation work from prod workloads.

Production Account

• Account Name: fcs-data-multi-prod
• Account Number: 208341101414
• Environment Type: prod environment, shared by multiple tenants.

Federated Login Role

A federated login role is required to authenticate to the account. This can be requested through an FCS access request. Once access to the role is granted, users will receive a standard set of permissions enabling the use of EMR Serverless. The roles will have a suffix of MTEMR.
