Data Governance

The core of the Data Governance product provides an enterprise data catalog to FCS, whose primary function is as an organized inventory of data assets in the organization. The functionality of the data governance product allows for exploring that inventory, learning about the data assets, and sampling data from where it is stored.

FCS currently manages and runs Alation as a shared service used by multiple tenants.
